Full-time: 1.0FTE – 36hrs in the office - no weekend clinic work. We’re flexible with setting up a non-traditional schedule. 1 weekday evening required.
Call: 1:8 - High Risk Pediatric; On-call for group coverage on average 5 days/month (range 2-7). This number includes roughly 8 weekends/year with one major holiday. Pediatricians receive stipend when on-call. On their on-call days the Pediatricians are scheduled in the Morris office. In the morning they have no patients scheduled and in the afternoon they see only acute visits. That way they’re right by the hospital since the Morris office is right across from our Family Birthing Suites.
Office Site includes: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Immediate Care/OccMed, Laboratory and Imaging services. Coming soon – OB/GYN and Neurology!

Market Competitive Compensation Package
Relocation Bonus + Moving Bonus - $28,000
Medical Education Loan Repayment - $20,000, yearly
Productivity Bonus - $47.99 wRVU conversion factor, plus earn a Quality Bonus on top, whose measures are physician driven!

At the hospital we have a dedicated 2East Pediatric Wing where all nurses are PALS trained and a beautiful Family Birthing Suite Unit/Level II Perinatal Center with dedicated OR, 8 LDRP rooms and 4 NST/Triage rooms. Our tertiary hospital is Loyola Medicine, Chicago.
Additional services include: Level II Trauma, Primary Stroke Certification, 24/7 STEMI call, ICU, Med/Surg, Tele-Psych, Integrated Care Model in clinics, newly expanded and renovated ED & 38 medical specialties, e.g. Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, Colon-Rectal Surg, Neph/Dialysis, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, plus PT/OT/SLP Rehabilitation Services, pain care, wound care and much more!
