We have an outstanding opportunity for a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a comprehensive outpatient private practice for children and adolescents at Partner 4Kids as well as a pediatric hospitalist position at Schneider Regional Medical Center in the US Virgin Islands! Our candidate will have the ideal opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our small community.
Partners 4Kids offers more than just primary care pediatrics. We were established with the prime focus of decreasing pediatric health care fragmentation that exists in our community by offering both primary and allied health care; including physical and occupational therapy, audiology and speech therapy, clinical psychology and lactation services. This one of a kind pediatric medical practice is just what our community has been looking for. Our office is conveniently located in the center of the island, across the street from Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC). SRMC has a level 2b NICU, normal newborn nursery, active Emergency Room, 8 pediatric beds. SRMC has an average of 885-950 births and 300 pediatric inpatient admissions per year. Responsibilities include every third week call covering: normal newborn nursery, Emergency Room consultations, admission and management of sick infants through adolescence, and attendance at C-section/ high-risk deliveries.

Requirements: • Obtained M.D./D.O. from accredited medical or osteopathic school • Board certified /Board eligible accepted • Completed pediatric residency training from U.S. accredited residency program • Pass the SPEX examination as required by the USVI Medical Board for licensure application for private practice unless employed with SRMC or other governmental agency. • Medical/Board Certification (s) • Current CME’s Certification (s) • Current NRP/PALS Certification • Current DEA Certification • Active State License (s) • Three Reference Letters
