Fort Myers, FL – Lee Health is seeking a transformative, dynamic operational physician leader to serve as the Chief Physician Executive (CPE) of the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute (HVTI). This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven physician executive to build and lead the cardiovascular service line at a highly regarded and financially strong integrated delivery system focused on its commitment to improve the coordination of care, and empower and inspire healthier lifestyles. The CPE will work closely with their dyad partner, the Vice President, HVTI, setting strategy, alignment of cardiovascular services, and be responsible for physician recruitment, development, integration, financial performance and operations of the HVTI
