A thriving 250 bed community hospital right along the coast of California in Monterey is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team leading the clinical decision unit within their emergency department.The ideal candidate has family medicine board certification in addition to experience working in an emergency room environment.The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with no nights required and minimal weekend responsibilities:The Position: No call or nights required $300,000 Base Salary guaranteed with upside by picking up additional shifts Oversee a 20 bed clinical decision unit in the ER supervising several physician assistants who provide full time care.
