Compensation range of $140.00/hour - $140.00/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. • BC/BE by American Board in Family Medicine.
• 1+ years experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
